通過對運行程達到四級修程的車窗硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠層進行老化分析,確定硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠層老化降解要發生在外表層1m以內的深度范內,內部老化降解跡象不明顯因此,在返修時,只需要去除最外層約3 nnn深度范圍的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠進行修復,即可達到力學性能要求,具體方法如下:
(1)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拆除

根據接縫寬度切割膠嘴,切割角度約朽;采用膠帶沿槽縫周lvI進行防護;掃一膠時,盡星將膠嘴伸到縫隙底部,直接接觸基材,并保持合適的打膠速度,打連續足夠的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠條,避免膠條有空腔;采月料或橡膠刮片將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠仄實刮平;采用平汾劑修整膠而,保持最仕外觀;精修后,膠帶和基材保持約45。撕去膠帶方案驗證按照L述修復方案進行處理后,井在其上打一條長約150 rnm,寬約10 rnrn ,厚約5 rnm的車窗密膠在標了;狀態下固化7d,按照fWs1618標準進行檢測,檢測結果為>95%的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠內聚破壞(界面粘接強度>膠內聚強度),方案可行。
采用掃描電鏡、紅外光潛儀和電子力一能試驗機對待修復硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠層進行老化性能檢測的技術方法切實可行,老化原囚分析合理制定的返修方案在確保粘接質量的前提下,提高了車輛件后維修效率,(方法可推廣至其他類似結構的檢測維修技術中。http://www.teyuegou.cn/
