膠條的舊表征與分析分別對膠條的外露面、內表而進行表并與MS密封膠本體進行對比,結果如圖所示圖3膠條的外露面、內表面及本體的FT-IR曲線由圖3可知:膠條內表面的曲線與MS密封膠本體的曲線基本保持一致,老化降解不明顯;在外露面曲線中,3337.7cm處為N-H的伸縮振動寬峰,2972.8--2872.8cm處的(:-H伸縮振動強峰消失,1735.2cm處為C=)的伸縮振動窄峰,1221.9cm處為C-C的伸縮振動窄強峰,1103.8cm處C的伸縮振動窄強峰明顯減弱_、綜L幾所述,1UMS密封膠在輻照、濕氣、溫度和化學介質等外界環境的共同作用下發生了化學降解,降解產物為梭酸鹽、醇、月安、二氧化碳等n-Hi中部膠層的力學性能測試與分析將試片與MS密封膠原始數值進行對比,結果如圖所示。由lxI4可知:中部膠層的拉伸強度平均仇為5.75M1a,相比原始數值減小了4.20斷裂伸長率平均值為353%.相比原始數值減小21.5%這是由聚合物分子鏈段構象變化引起的,而非化學鍵斷裂造成的。車輛在行駛的過程中,除經過隧進或會車時車窗玻璃受到法向方向的沖擊力,引起MS密封膠受到外力作外;由于MS密封膠兩側基材(玻璃與鋁合金)熱膨脹系數不同,運行環境溫度與施T溫度發生變化,MS密封膠就會受到外力作用,使得MS密封膠分子鏈段構象發生變化,引起MS密封膠力學性能的變化,并且溫度變化對MS密封膠分子鏈段構象變化的影響是長期的綜上所述,經過一段時間的運行使后,MS密封膠的強度降低,韌性下降。http://www.teyuegou.cn/
