硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠是用途廣泛的新興材料,但是實際應用中存在強度較低的弱點,利用納米材料作為填充劑對室溫硫化硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠進行相關性能研究是一種新穎而有效的手段。在比較輕質碳酸鈣和納米碳酸鈣對RTV硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的性能影響中發現,輕鈣只能做傳統的增量填充劑,而納米CaC03可以促進RTV硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠交聯密度的提高,提高RTV硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的機械性能。
在本實驗中,為了提高RTV硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的機械強度,采用添加經過濕法表面處理的納米CaC場,改善了填料在RTV橡膠中的分散,顯著提高了RTV硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的加工性能和機械強度。開攪拌器并啟動恒溫槽,達到預定的溫度后,加入改性劑,保持恒定溫度并持續攪拌,通過pH計每隔固定時間讀取混合物pH值,反應一定的時間,停止加熱及攪拌,將改性后的懸浮液抽濾、烘干、研磨、過篩并存于密封袋中。
RTV硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的配制:在一定溫度下,使用真空干燥箱,分別對硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠和碳酸鈣進行真空干燥。按照特定的配比,在研缽中加入RTV硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠和碳酸鈣,充分研磨。一部分用于測試鉆度,另一部分加入一定量的二月桂酸二丁基錫和正硅酸乙酷,迅速混合均勻。在真空干燥箱中脫出氣泡并制成樣條。取出,在一定溫度下消除應力兩周,測試其機械性能。
碳酸鈣一RTV硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠體系鉆度的測定:使用同濟大學機電廠L-90流變儀,通過恒溫水浴保持恒定溫度,在轉子轉動5 min后讀取讀數。拉伸性能測試按GB 528-88測試,測試速度200 mm/min。http://www.teyuegou.cn/
